Energy Saving of Plastic Pelletizing Machine

Energy saving of plastic pelletizing machine can be divided into two parts: one is power part, another is heat.
Energy-saving power parts mostly adopts frequency converter by saving more energy of motor. For example, the real power of the motor is 50 hz, and in fact, 30 hz is enough in production. While that extra energy is wasted, the inverter is to change the motor power output in result of energy saving.
Energy-saving heating parts mostly adopts USES electromagnetic heater to save energy, and its energy saving rate accounts for about 30% – 70% of old-fashioned resistance.

1. Compared with the resistance heating, electromagnetic heater also has a layer of insulation to increase heat energy utilization rate.
2. Compared with the resistance heating, electromagnetic heater is directly related to feed tube heating, in order to reduce the heat transfer heat loss.
3. Compared with the resistance heating, electromagnetic heater speed is faster more than a quarter to reduce the heating time.
4. Compared with resistance heating, with fast speed of electromagnetic heater, production efficiency raises to make the motor in a saturated state, and it also reduces the electric energy loss because of high power and low demand.
The above four points are the reasons why electromagnetic heater can save 30% – 30% on plastic pelletizer.
